Do you ship worldwide?

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via email the moment your package leaves our studio. For Express Seduction orders, you can track directly through DHL/FedEx. EMS tracking may have limited updates internationally.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags attached. Costumes with removed tags cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please contact our pleasure specialists at [email protected] to initiate your return.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Absolutely! We’re happy to assist with size exchanges provided the item is unworn with tags. Simply email us with your order number and desired exchange within 15 days of delivery.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
