While we take every care to ensure our exquisite lingerie and costumes meet your expectations, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be necessary. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth and discreet process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note on Intimate Apparel: For hygiene reasons, certain intimate items including bustier lingerie, bodystockings, bodysuits, and babydolls must have their hygiene seals intact to be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and comfort of all our clients, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Cuffs + Restraints (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Costume Shoes (including Comfort + Wide Heels and Competition Heels)
  • Body Harness items (due to intimate nature)
  • Any items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Our pleasure specialists will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package to our discreet returns address (provided with your RMA).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please follow the same return process above, clearly indicating in your email that you wish to exchange the item. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For international returns (excluding Asia and certain remote areas), please note that:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with the return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
