Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas) with discreet packaging that protects your privacy. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): Via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier services.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely delighted with your Coquette Shop purchases. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • For hygiene reasons, intimate items (bustier lingerie, bodystockings, bodysuits, babydolls) must have hygiene seals intact

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Cuffs + Restraints (hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Costume Shoes (including Comfort + Wide Heels and Competition Heels)
  • Body Harness items (intimate nature)
  • Any worn, altered, or damaged items

Return Process:

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and return details
  2. Our pleasure specialists will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  3. Package the item securely in original packaging with all tags and accessories
  4. Clearly mark the RMA number on the package exterior
  5. Ship to our discreet returns address (provided with your RMA)

Refund Process:

After we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days), we’ll email you with the status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Note that your bank may require additional processing time.

Exchanges:

We happily exchange items for different sizes or colors (subject to availability). Follow the same return process, indicating your exchange preference. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange results from our error.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

International Returns Note:
